Spring Creek Charter School Volunteer Application Process

The following process is necessary to gain clearance to volunteer or chaperone for Spring Creek Charter. Once completed, the process is valid for as long as you have a student at SCCS providing nothing in the application changes. Completing the entire process can take up to a week. Please plan accordingly if you wish to chaperone a field trip. 

• Obtain VECHS Application and Waiver Agreement from SCCS front office.

• Fill out and return VECHS to front office; keep a copy of the form to take with you for fingerprinting

• Have Live Scan fingerprinting done

Applicants are responsible for the full cost of the fingerprinting. The fingerprinting must be completed at a location that offers Live Scan Fingerprints.

Now, we wait patiently. Once the applicant completes fingerprinting, the classroom teacher will reach out and let you know the process has been completed and if you are approved.
