Chromebook Collection is Coming!
The end of the school year is right around the corner, and it’s time to get those Chromebooks ready for return. Here’s what you need to know to make the process quick and smooth:
✅ What to Do Before You Turn In Your Device
Remove all stickers and decorations
➤ Don’t forget to clean off any sticky residue!
➤ A safe way to clean: use a slightly damp cloth (water only) — no chemicals or sprays!
➤ Check that your device is fully charged (100%)
➤ Turn in your charger
➤ Must include both parts: the brick and the cable!
➤ Report damage early
➤ If your device isn’t working or is damaged, turn it in now — don’t wait for collection day!
➤ Ask questions?
➤ See your school’s Media Specialist for help.

The main event of the year is finally here!!! The Mardi Gras Dance is THIS Saturday at Eustis Community Center from 4-6. Just $3 per person to get in!! Come Boogie Down with Mrs. Boardway or maybe do the Cha Cha Slide with Ms. Scott or better yet, the Macarena with our DJ Mrs. Marshall! You don't want to miss this! Last year, every student in attendance went home with a door prize! If you cannot come but would like to donate, we are accepting kids door prizes as well as store bought baked goods for the coveted cake walk! Donations can be dropped in the front office. We hope to see you there!

National School Counseling Week focuses public attention to the unique contribution of school counselors within the school system. This week highlights the impact counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan a successful career.

We have a lot of fun activities planned, as well as dress up days. We can't wait to celebrate our love of reading!


Lake County schools and offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Please plan to join us for our Family Reading Night sponsored by New World's Reading on January 28th. All registered participants will receive a FREE MEAL and FREE BOOK! We will also have a gently used book exchange to allow our students to refresh their home libraries with some new books that they haven't read before. Title I tutoring officially begins today, Tuesday, October 15th. Tutoring will take place for all invited students each Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30. Students in attendance should be picked up in the car rider line no later than 4:35. Thank you!
